Durango's Landako Gunea venue will host a major PNV event this Sunday, marking the official start of its electoral campaign for the 2027 municipal and regional elections.

The Landako Gunea venue in Durango will host a significant PNV event this Sunday, serving as the kickoff for the 2027 municipal and regional elections. With a year to go until these elections, the party aims to showcase its strength.
The rally will feature PNV President Aitor Esteban and the Lehendakari, Imanol Pradales. They will be joined by the presidents of the territorial executive committees: Iñigo Ansola (Bizkaia), Euge Arrizabalaga (Gipuzkoa), Jone Berriozabal (Araba), and Unai Hualde (Nafarroa).
The PNV intends to demonstrate through this event that it "is the force to keep moving forward, the best instrument for continuing to build Euskadi, and possesses the strength and determination to do so," led by its national and territorial leaders, alongside hundreds of PNV mayors, councilors, representatives in the General Assemblies and the three provincial councils, as well as party members and supporters.
At the event's presentation last Friday, the secretary of the EBB, Maitane Ipiñazar, emphasized that it is "a decisive moment, living through a very specific and turbulent international and state context that requires everyone to be alert." Regarding the chosen slogan, she noted that it "addresses everyone, those of us who are part of EAJ-PNV, and society as a whole."
